Julio Duffoo is a San Francisco based photographer with over 20 years of experience in the professional photography industry. His work is driven by evoking genuine emotions from his subjects and presenting them in their best light. He has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable in front of the camera and strives to genuinely connect with his subjects.
Whether he’s photographing the CEO of a large company or a young entrepreneur, Julio approaches each shoot with the same attention to detail, passion for quality, and investment in his clients’ needs.He’s a visual storyteller who creates real moments and captures the essence of the people he photographs. He directs and motivates his clients to respond with energy, laughter, and true emotions.
Julio pays close attention to the details of a production, from the technical aspects of a shoot to the aesthetics of the final product. Julio has worked closely with large clients including Salesforce, Facebook, Google, Amplitude, 15 five HR, Mulesoft, Pantheon and The New York Times, as well as boutique brands, to deliver emotionally compelling and beautifully crafted images.
When not behind the lens, Julio can be found rock climbing on a sunny mountainside, introducing his two daughters to classic 80’s movies, or in pursuit of the best natural hot springs with his girlfriend.
